MTI Sure Cavity™ is a 0.024" (0.6 mm) thick high impact polystyrene strip formed with corrugations and spunbonded polypropylene fabric on one side with a 4" (102 mm) skirt on one edge.

Sure Cavity™ works because it allows moisture to travel down to the weeps and out of the wall, continuously along the wall.

* It separates masonry veneers from structural back up walls while creating a drainage plane system that allows moisture to travel down to weeps and out of walls.
* It prevents bridging.
* The spunbond polypropylene fabric holds mortar away from vertical moisture channels and weeps. Made from recycled material.
* Easy to install.
